Arctic Reservations, LLC operates https://www.arcticreservations.com/, https://www.arcticres.com/ and associated subdomains (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the site.

Information on Customers & Guests by Operators
Our customers, including tour operators and outfitters, can use the Arctic Reservations software to collect, store and manage information about their guests, both through the backend software or through a guest-facing portal. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to name, email, phone number, tour relevant information, payment information, electronic waivers and activity photos.
The Operator is the sole owner of this information, and their handling of this information is governed by their privacy policy. We do not collect or aggregate information from Operator installations, nor do we sell or rent information collected by Operators. Information is transmitted on behalf of the operator only in those situations needed to provide the explicit services (see Third Parties below).
Information on Operators by Arctic Reservations
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, company, email, phone number, other contact details, other business details and payment information when paying an invoice.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to fulfill an order.

Registration and Payments
In order to access our software or use a trial, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
For billing purposes, we request additional information on our payment form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your payment. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. Payment information is used for a single payment, unless you explicitly opt into automatic recurring payments.
Third Parties
In order to provide certain services, such as processing payments, personal information is transmitted to third parties. When updating your email list preferences, relevant third parties include MailChimp; information is transmitted when subscribing or unsubscribing from the email newsletter and includes name, email addresses and interest tags. When sending emails, relevant third parties include Mailgun and SendGrid; information is transmitted when sending an email and includes name, email address and message content; information is collected regarding email engagement.
Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, Arctic Reservations use cookies to manage authentication, maintain session relevant information (such as the contents of the cart), personalize documentation and to assist in filling certain relevant details into forms. In addition, we use cookies to aggregate usage information about our site to guide further site improvements and enhancements. Except when explicitly authenticating yourself to access personal information, usage of cookies are in no way linked to personally identifiable information and are not shared with third parties.
